the best things you can do for your feet’s health and overall well-being, a lot of people don’t want to take things for granted. So here I am, proving how advantageous minimalist footwear is in theory and practice. I don't write about shoes on my

It was always a hazard to find a suitable pair of shoes — the feeling of discomfort from popular features like arch support and high volumes was overwhelming (and
I’ve tried many of them from different brands so far, my poor budget). So one day I thought what I could do to change things for the better and found natural shoes. They’ve become cloud nine for my feet.
